Apex Academy
Apex Academy is an online tutoring service based in the Netherlands, providing support for high school and college students. As a completely digital company, a strong online presence is crucial to its success, and we were commissioned to create a website that not only informs but also converts prospects.
Unlike most tutoring services, Apex Academy emphasizes lasting progress over short-term fixes by applying a Socratic, skill-building teaching method. We used this unique selling point (USP) to position Apex Academy as a premium brand. Because its target audience includes both parents and students, the messaging was designed to balance professionalism with approachability.
Once the website was live, we launched targeted ad campaigns on Google and Meta, as well as Dutch platforms like Marktplaats and online newspapers from the DPG Media group. Combined with strong demand for qualified tutoring and a shortage of experienced educators in the traditional educational system, the campaigns produced immediate results, achieving an average return on ad spend (ROAS) of 437%.

While her niche primarily engages individuals on social media, the website was commissioned as a professional portfolio piece for event organizers and B2B opportunities worldwide, and we were also tasked with designing her logo.
As a visual artist, Aisha’s work speaks for itself, so we prioritized visual storytelling over descriptive language about her performances. We also deliberately avoided subjective, prescriptive terms like “amazing” or “mesmerizing,” common in the dance space, which can undermine brand credibility and feel amateurish.
By combining clear, business-focused messaging with striking visuals, the site positions Aisha Azul Fusion Belly Dance as a polished, approachable partner for events.
